I have been watching a few episodes of the "Rachel Zoe Project" featured on BRAVO television, lately. What I have been seeing is how innovative her style is, and how hectic, though extremely glamorous, her actual life is. She has an assistant, or two or three and then some (but, she is always at a fitting, so I really can't see the point in having them there if she not going to let them "assist"). One of them wears glasses and looks like a prep school boy-toy (to me). The rest of them are always scheduling her day and pretending to be envious of the hubbub and hassle she goes through. Rachel Zoe is always going to a new fashion show finding knock-out fashion wears and dresses for Oscar Winner hopefuls to wear while receiving honors due to the movie roles that they have had a hand in promoting for Hollywood. She is really fun to watch, if you like a lot of fast-paced and haphazard talking about the next new wave in designer styled dresses (and the "fantasy" look they produce on others, bound to wear them). Rachel is a married wife who has a husband in the fashion world as well, he would like to see her slow down enough to want a family, but that episode revealing those plans, I have yet to see.
Whenever you see Rachel (on the show) you can notably observe her wearing something along the lines of a Fedora hat, googly sunglasses and a perfectly fitted little dress over pants or an ensemble that expresses everything she can pick up and wear, (at once) to show her clients what's "in" or at least, how much a showroom dress rack she can be for the fashion adventurous, to gaze at. She picks over-sized rings that are speckled with diamond studs or other gem jewels, and always a handbag as a statement to finish a designer-runway look. It seems that she really doesn't go all out for color specific textiles that would match any boot or accessory she may add to her current wardrobe. So, watch for the flying jacket changes she goes through. She tends to gravitate to any furry or cuddly patterned coat or outerwear cover-all (in an instant). I believe she is a great fan of fur (even faux fur) outerwear luxury. Even her husband is a mannequin for her style, displaying true love for each other by the longevity of their daily, time-squeezed marriage.
If you have an obsession with old or new Hollywood looks or are a fan of the high-end California lifestyle, you too could possibly be styled by this fashionista "Rachel Zoe." However, it is just a great "cup-of-joe" (fashion joe buzz) to see her in action!!

What is on my Valentine's Day WishList? Fragrance and More fragrance...
For starters, I'll take Marc Jacobs "Daisy" for a fragrance and pick-me-up spray for the days I'm feeling blue or out of pocket. Then there is the always welcome on my wrists fragrance by Yves Saint Laurent "Parisienne" or "Paris." I really love Dolce and Gabanna's "Light Blue" and for another really good fresh scent, believe it or not, I really like Faith Hill's "True." Is fragrance on your Valentine's day wishlist?
